I see client in person on Thursdays and Fridays and virtually on Tuesdays. Please note that most of my availability is in the morning and early afternoon. Once we’ve agreed on a time to meet, I will send you intake paperwork to complete online via a secure client portal.
InSURANCE & FEES
I am in network with Kaiser, Moda, PacificSource, and BlueCross Blue Shield. I am able to support you in filing out-of-network with other insurers if you so choose.
If you plan to use insurance for services, we recommend checking with your carrier to confirm your benefits and that I able to accept your plan. It can also be helpful to confirm the cost of your copay or deductible directly with your carrier. I am also able to provide documentation for reimbursement (superbill) if you are interested in using out of network benefits. Receiving a superbill is not a guarantee of reimbursement and you will need to confirm your benefits with your carrier.
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including nutrition services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including nutrition services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
